Both. It holds your baby at feeding height either way, so dads, grandparents and anyone else who feeds your baby can use it too.
Is it only for feeding?
No. It's for any time you hold your baby while they're awake: feeds, burping, cuddles, reading to them on the sofa. You stay with them the whole time, and it's never a place for baby to sleep.
Can I use it while pregnant?
Yes, as a cushion. Sit with it behind your back, or rest your arms on it. Then it's ready for the baby when they arrive.
How does the strap work?
The strap snaps onto the pillow and buckles behind your back, so the pillow stays around your waist when you shift or lean back. It's for you only. Never use it, or anything else, to strap your baby in.
What's the small round cushion for?
