Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order

Every order to a US address ships free, whether it's one pillow set or three.

When it arrives

We pack orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are packed the next business day.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you haven't heard from us within 3 business days of ordering, email valiyevelmir7@gmail.com.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries you can choose at checkout. For addresses outside the US, the shipping cost and any import duties or taxes are shown at checkout or charged by your local carrier.

Shipping protection

In your cart you can add optional shipping protection. If a protected parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email us and we'll reship it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it only before the order ships.
