Products and prices

We describe the OOVY Nursing Pillow as accurately as we can. Prints and colours can vary slightly between batches and screens. Prices are in US dollars. We can change prices and offers at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we email you that it has shipped. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

Discounts

Automatic discounts and sale prices apply only during their stated dates and can't be combined unless we say so.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and refund policy are part of these terms.

Safe use

The pillow is only for holding your baby while they're awake. Never use it for sleep. Always stay with your baby and keep their face clear. The waist strap is for you, never for your baby. Information on this site is general product information, not medical advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
