30-day returns

If the OOVY Nursing Pillow isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to return

Email us at valiyevelmir7@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back before we reply.

The set should be clean, unused or gently tried, with all its parts (U pillow, top cushion, arm-rest cushion and waist strap), in its original packaging if you still have it.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. In that case it's on us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Shipping protection, if you added it, isn't refundable once the order has shipped.

Exchanges

Want a different print? Return the set for a refund and place a new order. It's the fastest way.
